Training Series 1.
Cultivating Christian workplaces: The antidote to wasting time, energy, and money
This is a purpose built sequence of 3 training sessions that responds to all of the issues listed above that cost your team. Cultivating workplaces saves the key ingredients of time, energy and money, but more importantly leads to a fulfilling and thriving experience. Staff stay with companies where they are enjoyed, experiences significance, and are able to contribute. We will help your team achieve these goals, and we fully expect you will reap the rewards economically, emotionally, relationally, and culturally. This series includes critical experiential activities that transform learning into personal knowledge.
Package 1. The training sessions followed by a round-table discussion. A meaningful way to start your team in a new direction that will change your culture.
Package 2. The training sessions followed by team-by-team discussion and working-groups to apply what has been learned. Followed by facilitation of critical conversations between key stakeholders to deepen change and transform your processes.
Package 3. As package 2, plus leadership goal coaching, followed by 6 months of consultations to continue facilitating change, process learning and execute goals.
What will this experience look like?
Counseling looks like many things, depending on your situation and needs, but perhaps most important for many people, it looks like your counselor being here for you with support and guidance. Together, you can make space to work through whatever concerns you have. Counseling is a collaborative process where your counselor’s experience informs how we support, challenge, and encourage you to achieve your goals.
Training Series 2.
Refreshed Leadership: Working smarter & more effectively
This is a purpose built sequence of 3 training sessions that dives deeply into leadership, how to cultivate intentional awareness and effective responses to business and interpersonal conundrums. We also uncover how to enlist and enhance the buy-in of your teams, and then structure a system that cultivates their productivity. Leadership is not easy, it places higher demands on you, and many people are not trained how to do it well—they just end up there. This series includes critical experiential activities that transform learning into personal knowledge
